Great place to go when you’re in need of tires and tire maintenance! Joe D is super friendly and helpful. As a woman who doesn’t have a ton of car knowledge I often feel like I might be taken advantage of sometimes and up sold on things I don’t need. I never felt like that this past weekend when I needed a couple new tires. He showed me all the options in my price range and even figured out how to get me further discounts. They worked fast and I was out of there in no time. Definitely recommend!

I have always had great experiences at Town Fair Tire in Fairfield and today was no exception. Joe D. is truly a lifesaver. I needed my tires rotated, and a patch done. Joe D. and the rest of the staff were able to get me in and out efficiently, and in a timely manner. Joe D. also gave me a great deal on aligning and balancing my tires. He is very knowledgeable, and explained the importance of keeping up with my car’s maintenance. I would recommend Town Fair Tire of Fairfield, and the amazing staff, one hundred times over.

In my experience, Dantae and the team there were professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. They gave me the same price I'd find anywhere else - I looked. Furthermore, they went the extra mile, so to speak, and issued me a discounted price. I look forward to doing business at this branch in the future.

The staff was extremely nice and was willing to help right when I walked through the door. They were able to fix a hole in my tire that I thought was not fixable. I would highly recommend and will definitely be going back

Had a really pleasant experience with Shawn. He helped me assess my flat tire and got me a good and market-fair price on a new one. Would 100% come back here again for any tire troubles. There's even a waiting room area in the back with WiFi should you need to stay while you wait for your car.

These guys got me out of a major problem. Was driving up from PA to Boston to lead a client presentation. Blew (shreaded) a tire on a pothole. Arrived at 9am and very nice gentleman told me it would be done by noon. That was going to result in me missing meeting. Explained situation to him, and without any pressure, he went in the back, talked to his tech, and I left the building at 9:20am with a new tire. They really saved the day and I can't thank them enough!

I came into the Town Fare in Norwalk. Or should I say I limped in? Just got off i95 and got the warning of low pressure. There was a gas station right ahead and while adding air I felt the air leaking from a hole in the sidewall. Town Fair was 0.7 miles away.
I got there and Leightan was incredibly helpful. They didn’t have the tires I needed for my EV car in stock at the store. He put a single tire on my car, the cost to be credited for two new appropriate tires the next day. He made an appointment for me at the Fairfield store (where I live) and made sure they would get a delivery of the tires I wanted the next day.
Everything worked as planned today at the Fairfield store. I can’t thank Leightan enough for his help. I’ve been a customer for over 30 years and I believe you can’t beat their customer service.
