Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations - Technical Developer

Your key responsibilities

Write technical code in Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations solution fulfilling the functional and technical design requirements as per MS/ Practice/ Project coding standards

Skills and attributes for success

• Have experience in MS Dynamics, at least 3 in Dynamics 365 version of the solution, with 2 full cycle implementation involving integrations, reports and data migration. Proficiency in the configuration and use of LCS and DevOps preferable
• Exposure in Azure Integration stack (Azure Function Apps, Logic Apps, Service Bus, Storage, Web Apps) with Dynamics 365 Finance and Operation will be preferred
• Exposure to Power Platform and related solutions/ tools would have high weightage
• Very Strong in Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Operations and Dynamics AX 2012 Customization, Development, and Integration.
• Should have at least 2 end to end implementation experience.
• Should have data migration exposure.
• Exposure in Azure Integration stack (Azure Function Apps, Logic Apps, Service Bus, Storage, Web Apps) with Dynamics 365 Finance and Operation will be preferred
• Undertake Performance Optimization exercises on Microsoft Dynamics environments and make recommendations to improve performance
• Can work in upgrades from Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012, AX 2012 R2, R3 and Dynamics AX 2009 to Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Operations.

• A graduate or postgraduate degree

Ideally you’ll also have

• Strong communication, facilitation, relationship-building, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Be highly flexible, adaptable, and creative.
• Comfortable interacting with senior executives (within the firm and at the client)
• Strong leadership skills and supervisory responsibility.
